Selene, located on the ground floor of Villa Theia, is perfect for 4 to 6 guests, and features a vast 60-square-meter private terrace with a sea-facing view.
Villa Theia consists of three separate units: EOS, Selene, and a third module occupied by the owners. EOS and Selene can be rented individually or together for larger groups.
Room Details
Your residence for 6 people occupies the entire ground floor of Villa Theia and boasts a vast private terrace of 60m2 facing the sea.
The accommodation features:
- 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with a 140 double bed opening onto the terrace and offering sea views, one with an additional toilet
- 2 single beds in the living room/kitchen area (ideal for children)
- Fully-equipped kitchen including induction stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, citrus press, and toaster
- One bathroom with hairdryer
- Air conditioning in all rooms
- Safe for your valuables
- Tables provided on the terraces
- Clothes rack for your convenience
- Outdoor garden shower exclusively for tenants
Important Note
The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 6 guests (ideally 4 adults and 2 children).
Our furniture and beds are fixed and cannot be moved. We regret that we are unable to accommodate additional beds.
However, we are happy to provide umbrellas for your use, but kindly remember to bring your own beach towels.
Arrivals & Departures
Upon arrival on the island, we will promptly settle you in after you have checked in. Departure is scheduled before midday on your last day.
If you would like a late check-out, you may request it upon arrival, subject to availability. There is an additional charge of 50€, payable on site.
Change of Linen During Your Stay
- Towels and kitchen linen are changed every two days, and sheets every four days.
- You are responsible for cleaning the house during your stay, except on the last day when the dishes must be washed and put away, and the bins and fridge emptied.
