Villa Theia, with its typical Cycladic architecture, is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Its spacious terraces overlooking the sea, ample space, and comfort will ensure a delightful stay.
The villa comprises three sections: Selene on the ground floor and Eos on the first floor, both available for rent. The third section, shown on the right in the photo, is private and not available for rent.
Maximum Capacity
The villa can accommodate up to 9-10 people. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 single beds in the Selene section.
Ground Floor – Selene:
- 2 double bedrooms
- A spacious kitchen/living room with 2 single sofas
- All rooms open onto a large terrace with views of the sea and the island of Keros
- A bathroom with an additional WC in one of the bedrooms
- Amenities include a small safe, free Wi-Fi (subject to island connectivity), and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, kettle, microwave, and citrus press.
First Floor – Eos:
- 2 double bedrooms
- A kitchen/living room with all necessary furnishings
- Kitchen amenities include a fridge, microwave, citrus press, kettle, coffee makers, and a washing machine
- 3 terraces: two with views of the sea and Keros Island, and one overlooking the village
- Free Wi-Fi

Important Note
Our furniture and beds are fixed and cannot be moved. We regret that we are unable to accommodate additional beds.
However, we are happy to provide umbrellas for your use, but kindly remember to bring your own beach towels.
Arrivals & Departures
Upon arrival on the island, we will promptly settle you in after you have checked in. Departure is scheduled before midday on your last day.
If you would like a late check-out, you may request it upon arrival, subject to availability. There is an additional charge of 50€, payable on site.
Change of Linen During Your Stay
- Towels and kitchen linen are changed every two days, and sheets every four days.
- You are responsible for cleaning the house during your stay, except on the last day when the dishes must be washed and put away, and the bins and fridge emptied.
